What we collect
We collect the information you give us to run your training: your email, grade, track, optional league, season goal, training logs, wellness check-ins, and (if you connect one) read-only ride data from a ride provider. We use Mountain Time for all dates.
How we use it
Only to power your personalized plan, progress, and race-day prep. We do not sell your data. We do not show your data to coaches, teams, or other users: this is an individual athlete and parent product.
Young riders and parents
DevoSendr is built for riders in grades 7 to 12. At launch we collect data only from riders who are 13 or older. Riders under 13 cannot create an account until a parent or guardian completes a verified consent step (coming soon). When that launches, parents will be able to review their child's data, delete it, and revoke consent at any time. For riders whose data is restricted, ride-provider connections and any sharing stay turned off.
We send sign-in links and automated training and parent updates. There is no chat and no way for anyone to message a rider through the app. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in the footer of those messages.
