Assumption of risk

Mountain biking and physical training carry a real risk of serious injury. By using DevoSendr you (and, for a minor, a parent or guardian on the rider's behalf) accept that risk. Always wear a helmet, ride within your ability, ride with a buddy, and follow your coach and event rules. Never attempt features or efforts beyond your skill or fitness.

Not medical or coaching advice

Training plans, intensity guidance, and any nutrition or hydration numbers are general educational information, not medical advice and not a substitute for a coach or physician. Talk to a parent or guardian, your coach, and your physician before starting any training plan.

No affiliation

DevoSendr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). References to NICA are descriptive only.

Acceptable use

Use DevoSendr only for your own training. Do not attempt to access other riders' data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
